2. Service Description
Ueipazores offers personalised photo walks and tours in São Miguel, Azores.
These include:

  • Visits to authentic island locations
  • Photographic accompaniment by a professional photographer
  • Sharing of local culture, traditions, and stories
  • Capturing moments in high-quality images

3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made through the website or by direct contact.
To confirm the booking, full payment is required.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Revolut, MBWay, PayPal.

4. Liability
Ueipazores guarantees the provision of the services as described, with professionalism and safety.
It is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions
  • Loss or damage to participants’ personal belongings

5. Image Rights
During the tours, images of participants may be captured. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes on social media, the website, or brand materials.
The client may, at any time, request in writing that their image not be used.

6. Insurance
Ueipazores holds the legally required insurance:

  • Civil liability insurance
  • Personal accident insurance

7. Cancellation Policy Cancellations by the client:

  • More than 7 days in advance: full refund
  • Between 7 and 3 days in advance: 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours in advance: no refund
  • No-show on the scheduled day: considered a no-show, no refund

Cancellations due to weather conditions:
If conditions pose a safety risk, Ueipazores may cancel the tour.
The client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, subject to availability.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Please note that, as São Miguel is an island with highly unpredictable weather, your tour may be subject to some changes and adjustments, always aiming to ensure your maximum comfort. All changes will be communicated.

Force majeure:
Situations such as natural phenomena, strikes, pandemics, or legal restrictions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with flexibility.

 

8. Data Protection
Data provided by clients is used solely for booking management and communication.
It is not shared with third parties.
The client may request the correction or deletion of their data at any time by email.

9. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform or the Azores Arbitration Centre.
