Private Photo Urban Session in Ponta Delgada

This experience is designed for up to 4 people to ensure an exclusive, relaxed, and high-quality photo session.

Optional extras may be added upon prior request, and are subject to availability and budget.

Available extras include:
– Additional edited photos (each 8€)
– Extra participants (plus 50€ per adult - extra 6 photos add and plus 25€ children - extra 3 photos add) 
– Additional locations and transport can be add (if you want to go to the beach 25€ per couple) 
– Drone photography (200€ 1 vídeo for social media)
– Professional hair and makeup (100€ if you go to the salon)
– Fine art prints (by quote)
– Express image delivery (urgent delivery fee 100€ minimum)

All extras must be arranged in advance.

Duration
Up to 2 hours, giving you time to explore and enjoy the locations calmly and naturally, without rushing.

Location
We will walk in the city. Exact locations may vary depending on weather and light, to ensure the best possible photos.

Group size (start whit 4, but you can add more people whit extra fee)

Ideal for couples, families, groups families or friends who want a private and exclusive experience.

– Professional guidance by a local photographer
– Relaxed, natural photo session; no modeling experience needed

– Delivery via a personalized online gallery, available for 10 days (after your return home)

Booking and payment

– Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the experience.

Cancellations in Advance

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours prior will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience are non-refundable.

No-Show

If the client does not show up without prior notice, no refund will be issued and the booking will be considered lost.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours in advance at no extra cost, subject to availability.

After this period, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellations by UeipAzores Photo Tour

In unforeseen situations (severe weather, safety reasons, operational issues), UeipAzores Photo Tour reserves the right to cancel the experience.

In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost will be offered.
